Build Out Program
Bear Creek Coffee's Build Out Program for stand alone or in-line cafés are all designed to suit. This format allows for creativity and the opportunity to operate in a larger facility with walk-in/sit-down traffic. Licensees have the choice of using our corporate design package and integrating their own ideas. They can also have a café custom designed to their own specifications.
All Bear Creek Coffee Café Build Outs are designed and built to Board
of Health and County Codes.
- Café's are customized to meet the aesthetics of the location and menu requirements.
- A variety of materials can be used for both design integrity and function in mind.
- Counter tops can be fabricated from many durable surfaces: plastic laminates, stainless steel or solid surface products (Corian etc.).
- Sneeze guards are provided per the local regulations as are hand sinks and multi compartment sinks.
- All millwork pieces are built to standard food service regulations. (NSF or other)
- Electric service is configured for each store. 200 amp/3 phase (208 or 240 Volt) service is the norm, complete with panel.
Most locations require the owner/operator, and in some cases managerial staff, to complete a Certified Food Handling Safety course offered by the Board of Health.
All owner/operators are encouraged to become Food Handling Safety certified.
