Double Drive-thru Program
 Our Modular Drive thru Buildings are manufactured in a controlled environment where construction is continuous regardless of weather or time of year. Working with Bear Creek Coffee you can always count on an on time delivery, and an accelerated Grand Opening.
 Bear Creek Coffee requires a $28,500 up front investment for our 8.5’ x 22' Double Drive thru Building program. Larger or customized buildings or configurations are priced accordingly.
The following list of basic drive-thru specifications is for example only.
Specifications are subject to change depending upon prevailing local codes, building size and client requests.
 All Bear Creek Coffee drive-thru buildings, Double or Single, are available in a variety of sizes and configurations and are customizable. They will be priced per design.
Other sized buildings are 8.5’ x 18’, 8.5’ x 24’ and 10’ up to 16' x 24' to 35’.
Larger buildings and multi module buildings are available.
Our factories are licensed to build in all 48 states.
The Standard Bear Creek Double Drive-Thru Buildings are:
- Built to prevailing building codes
- Steel and concrete construction
- Roofs (metal or other) constructed to state codes
- Drive-thru windows are commercial brands built to State code (Ready Access, Quik-Serve or equal)
- Exterior finishes are available in a variety of materials for any Bear Creek design or customized per Licensee’s design.
Per prevailing codes, all buildings contain:
- 1-each Bathroom w/fixtures
- 1-each three (3) compartment sink (NSF)
- 1-each hand washing sink (NSF)
- Floor mount mop sink
- Laminate counter tops (upgrades are available and will be priced accordingly)
- Interior cabinets and shelving
- Water heater per code
- HVAC system per building size
- Finished floors and ceilings with fluorescent lighting
- Commercial grade windows and locking hollow metal doors
