We are currently working to identify new sites to accommodate Bear Creek Coffee Double Drive-thru building of various sizes and our in line and end-cap coffee shops.

Bear Creek licensees lease excess parking lot space and small pad sites.

Experience has proven that the most lucrative locations for our Drive-thru businesses are small parcels on the outer parking areas of shopping plazas and office complexes already finished with asphalt or concrete.

Access to utilities is a requirement. Vacant land or unfinished sites are also desirable.

The Bear Creek Espresso/Coffee Cart program is well suited and profitable when located inside malls, indoor or open air, airports, shopping centers, large office buildings, hospitals, court houses and municipal buildings.





Add value to your property by increasing the revenue generated on your underused/excess space by working with Bear Creek Coffee Licensees (or Corporate) to develop that space on the perimeter of your shopping center. Our Licensees will:
  • Lease your parking, pad, or out-parcel space.

  • Cover costs associated with developing the site (if required).

  • Bear Creek Coffee delivers a code compliant, permitted, modularly constructed building constructed to site requirements.
