BLENDS
Smooth River
A great cup, like many gourmet products, is judged by its balance. What we're looking for in the Smooth River is a coffee that is perky and acidic enough to be a morning cup, while at the same time having a heavy enough body to counteract/offset the acidity. The Smooth River is 100% Colombian Supremo.
Full City Roast.
Grand Finale
Blended particularly with desert in mind, this blend complements the sweet influence without overpowering. Perfect with chocolate.
Mountain Rush
Here, we're looking for a unique combination of richness, acidity, and body. We take the Sumatra to an Espresso roast and combine it with the Colombian at a Full City Roast. Can be used as a morning coffee because of the acidity from the Colombian, but also has the dark roast nuances.
Black and Tan
75% Sumatra French roast, 25% Colombian Full City roast. This is designed to provide all of the dark roast benefits with just enough Colombian for a twist. The Sumatra element here is darker than Mountain Rush, and mere prevalent in the blend.
Black Bear
Our French Roast is Sumatra Grade One-known for its full body and low acidity. Sumatra goes dark: very well. It's earthy and bittersweet.
SINGLE ORIGIN
Tanzanian Peaberry
A fruity, floral aroma with a sweet winey taste. A dynamic coffee with a good body. This one might make us famous!
Mexican-High grown
A light and bright acidity; makes this coffee a classic.
Nicaraguan Fair Trade
A smooth, full taste with a complex aroma. Bright with a nice full body.
Sumatra Mandheling Grade #1
Taken to an espresso roast, the Sumatra Grade #1 displays a complex earthy character. This bean will delight the coffee purist.
